Appointment Details

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first visit to allow for time for us to get some information from you, to help you determine a new look or color. Arriving early will give you time to enjoy a beverage from our wonderful drink menu.

Forms of Payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as debit cards and personal checks.

All gift cards and coupons must be presented at the time of use.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointments to allow us to accommodate those on the cancellation list.

Missed Appointments

If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-shows, they will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. We will hold credit card information on file in order to protect the livelihood of our team. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Late Arrivals

Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “no-show” and will be treated as a missed appointment.
